By Bodie is environmentally conscious which reflects in our Bamboo Underwear range which are made primarily from bamboo fabric, consisting of 92% bamboo material, and is blended with 8% elastane.

Care Instructions
We'd love to share a few tips and tricks to help prolong the life and material quality of your By Bodie.
- Gentle machine wash with cold to warm water (no more than 30 degrees celsius);
- Hang dry otherwise cold air dryer (or very, very low heat);
- Do not dry clean;
- Absolutely no bleach can be used;
- Do not iron.

You can expect to receive your package within 3 - 14 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Within the email will include your tracking number to track your parcel to your heart’s content.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once you have placed your order.
In the event of inputting the incorrect address we recommend you contacting the courier once the delivery has been despatched and requesting them to change the delivery address. Please note in some circumstances the courier may not be able to change the delivery address and your parcel will continue to be delivered to the incorrect address.
By Bodie takes no responsibility for missing deliveries to an incorrect address.
However, if the parcel is refused by the recipient at that address or the address does not exist, it is likely that the parcel will then be returned to By Bodie and we can organise a re-delivery of your parcel to the correct address.
If your parcel is sent back to By Bodie as a return to sender, we will contact you regarding this as quickly as possible.
Please note, this can take between 1-3 weeks to process.
Returns Policy
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from By Bodie. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) for a store credit of the item's purchased value.
How to make a return?
To submit a return request, simply send an email to returns@bybodie.com. Please include in this email the reason for your return, the order number and contact details for who made the purchase.
We accept returns for the following reasons;
Incorrect sizing:
If the product you have purchased is the incorrect size, you can exchange it for the same product in an alternate size. If the desired size is out of stock or not available a store credit for the item's purchased value will be issued.
Change of mind:
If for whatever reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a store credit of the item’s purchased value. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.
Faulty Item:
Although all products are subject to strict quality control during manufacturing, on occasion a faulty product can be missed.
If you have received a faulty item please submit a return request including a photo of the faulty product. A prepaid shipping label will be issued for the item to be sent back to us. Once received, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available or provide a refund or store credit for the faulty items purchased price if stock is unavailable.
Terms & Conditions:
A return request must be received within 30 days of your original order date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date we are unable to accept any returns.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their original tags attached. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorisation will be discarded and no exchange or store-credit will be processed.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any underwear bottoms unless the product is faulty.
Store credit does not expire and can be used towards anything on our site.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale or items purchased as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. By Bodie takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by By Bodie.
